This is the home page of your merchant account, where you can view statements, view disputes, save accounts and view all your account details.
Easily manage your account users. Go to the Account management option above and select Access & Security Manager.
On this page, you gain access to edit a user’s info, and delete or suspend them as a user, reset their security code, or send a temporary password.
You can allow sub-users to access all locations, or select, based on location. You can also select sub-users to have view-only access, by selecting View activity only.

If a sub-user is allowed to issue refunds and/or adjust tips, then you can change their access View activity and transactions.
Under Choose alerts, you will be able to manage which users can receive alerts about deposits made, statements available, or when there is a dispute.
While you’re at it, open Alert delivery so your alert can be sent to 1 mobile number and up to 5 email addresses, for Android™ and Apple® devices using push notifications.
Let’s go back to your Merchant activity dashboard and click View disputes to track all disputed transactions that resulted in chargebacks.
