As part of a promotion, new members can earn 120,000 Membership Rewards points after spending $15,000 on eligible purchases within three months of card approval.
How To Get Business Credit Cards
Cardmembers can earn up to $120 in annual statement credits for purchases made directly from any US wireless phone provider. These are given out up to $10 per month. (Registration required.)
Cardholders can access Delta Sky Clubs, American Express Centurion lounges and suites, select Lufthansa Business lounges, and Priority Pass (registration required) lounges when traveling. (You must travel on a Delta marketed and operated flight to access Sky Clubs.)
Business Platinum Card® from American Express members can receive statement credit for Global Entry or TSA Pre√ application fees charged to their cards.
The $100 application fee for Global Entry is eligible to be refunded to the card once every four (4) years. Alternatively, the $85 TSA Pre√ can be repaid every 4.5 years when charged to the card. (It’s an either/or option. You can’t have both, sorry.)
American Express And Square Partner To Create First Credit Card For Square Sellers
Cardholders earn 35% Membership Rewards points back when you pay with points for all or part of a qualifying flight booked with Amex Travel. This is limited to 1,000,000 points back per calendar year.
Want to run Delta Partner miles? This is a fantastic avenue to save some money and points. Note that you generally earn Elite and redeemable Frequent Flyer points/miles with these purchases.
Cardholders earn up to $200 in statement credits per calendar year on eligible purchases with a participating airline. (Registration required.) We’re talking about checked baggage fees, on-board food and drinks, and other things.
These bonus earnings are limited to $2 million in spending per calendar year. (This is in addition to 1.5X points earned on purchases over $5,000.)
Introducing The Amazon Business American Express Card For Small Businesses In The U.s.
The Business Platinum Card® of American Express members can get gold status with bold Marriott Bonvoy and Hilton Honors. (Registration is required.) Even if you are not staying at either Marriott or Hilton, this can be valuable if the hotel status level matches between loyalty programs.
Members who use The Business Platinum Card® from American Express can earn 5X Membership Rewards points for flights and prepaid hotels at amextravel.com. That’s good for flights. But keep in mind that Amex’s travel booking service is an OTA. So you will (probably) not enjoy elite status benefits on any hotel stays purchased through Amex Travel.
Cardholders can earn up to $400 per year ($200 semi-annually) in when-used statement credits for Dell Technologies purchases on The Business Platinum Card® from American Express. (Registration required.)
(This reminds me of the Saks Fifth Avenue statement credit on The Platinum Card® from American Express.) Remember that Dell sells a lot more than just Dell computers. They have a number of other products. Bluetooth mobile phones. SSD and hard drives. Xbox stuff.

Amex Business Gold has some drawbacks: The card comes with an annual fee of $295. And the bonus rewards rate is limited to $150,000 in combined bonus category spending per year, though that should be attractive to all but the largest businesses.
Still, the card’s lucrative bonus rewards, along with a generous sign-up bonus of 70,000 points after spending $10,000 in the first three months, led us to name it the Buy Side of the Best Business Credit Card for 2022.
With Revamped Gold Cards, Bruised American Express Returns Focus To Affluent
To evaluate business credit cards, Buy side of assumed a monthly spending budget of $ 10 000. (You can find more on that below.) Based on that budget and American Express Business Gold Card base one-point reward rate, you would earn 190 , 000 points in the first year when you have collected the registration bonus, and 120, 000 points in other years.
Amex’s Membership Rewards Points are worth a penny each when redeemed for airline tickets with American Express Travel and up to a penny when redeemed for gift cards and at some online retailers. That means in a typical year, your points will be worth $1,200 when redeemed for travel — just enough to cover the $295 annual fee.
But again, where this card really excels is its bonus categories, like travel and advertising purchases, where a cardholder gets four points per dollar spent in their top two spending categories, up to $150,000 in combined category spending. If you spent $10,000 per month on the card, and collected the bonus rewards rate at half your spending, you would earn 300,000 points a year, worth up to $3,000 depending on how you redeem them redeemed
It’s possible to find business credit cards with a higher base rate, but for businesses that spend significantly in one of this card’s broadly defined bonus categories, Amex Business Gold is hard to beat.
