Not only was it easy to use without being “in your face” but it was reliable, as in, working consistently and never having a problem or breakdown.
It could use a person contact either from the user side where customization is possible or from the company where I have a contact person or human I can reach if needed… but that’s just splitting hairs. Besides, if the software never works then you don’t need technical support or a company contact person, right?
