It changes almost everything from companies’ production methods to customer expectations, from distribution channels to business processes. Thanks to digitization, companies are making big gains in many areas, from information production and processing to decision-making processes and access to new markets. From the point of view of non-governmental organizations (NGOs), the situation was no different. NGOs working through digitization have created awareness both nationally and internationally. As the coronavirus epidemic has hit the world, NGOs are rapidly moving to online applications; He had the opportunity to continue training, seminars, meetings and similar activities. In the process, those who could not go into the field could share their outreach studies with the public through digital communication. The greatest enabler of sustainability and development of NGOs has been their ability to achieve digital transformation. EGİADEffects of digitization were felt in most projects of this period. EGİAD Aegean Young Business People Association decided to prepare its more than 700 members for this process with SabancıDx, which has 45 years of experience in information technology and many firsts and successful projects. At this point in the digital landscape, corporate assets and stakeholder relationships are being redefined as part of all digital transformation. To give an example from ourselves, the EGİAD D2 project was completed and implemented within this framework. With D2 designed as iOS and Android through the EGİAD mobile application, its members were automatically connected to each other through a digital network. In this context, every activity carried out by the institution can be monitored digitally and transactions such as record and secretarial have been converted to digital. In this direction, we aimed to realize goals such as increasing the participation of our current members in events, acquiring new members and realizing trade between members.

Digital transformation also requires thinking about the past, present and future at the same time.
