Recruiter duties include recruiting candidates to enroll in pre-apprenticeship programs using a variety of sources, i.e. j. community presentations, community fairs, social media networks/platforms, partner meeting orientations and referrals. ● Conducting research necessary to maintain current best practices for outreach and recruitment of women to the WINTER program.
● Demonstrates excellent leadership skills characterized by the ability to gain respect, positively influence, accurately judge and support the agency in achieving its mission with and through others (both internal and external).
● Interpersonal – Demonstrate sensitivity, understanding and ability to communicate effectively with individuals (internal and external) from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, disability and ethnic backgrounds.
